"We called the Floor Mender to come out and do a repair on our den carpet transition piece in a high traffic area. Kevin and his assistant, Nick, replaced a huge section of worn-out pad, re-stretched and trimmed the carpet to make it fit, and using double tack strips along with the transition bar, secured it in place. Afterwards, they continued to work out the resulting 'Tsunami wrinkle' that resulted from the repair by stretching and trimming the carpet around the room and securing it to the tack strips to create a smooth finish. Did I mention that the carpet is 28 years old? They are miracle workers! I highly recommend them to my friends and neighbors. P.S. They love real Dr. Pepper!'"
