Carpet Restretching Price Guide
Area constitutes being up to 16' x 16'  or 256 square feet.
Each additional square foot =  $0.25 per.

Any area 6 lineal feet by 6 lineal feet, or 36 square feet or less = $25.00 

First area $89.95
Each additional area $50.00 per
All furniture moving is included.

EXAMPLE
1 area only   = $89.95
2 areas only = $139.95
3 areas only = $189.95
4 areas only = $239.95
5 areas only = $289.95
6 areas only = $339.95
7 areas only = $389.95
8 areas only = $439.95

Take apart carpet and reseam up to 36" opening or doorway =$8.00 per
Stairs (standard waterfall type, up to 16 steps and 2 landings)  = $75.00
-upholstery work extra. Tack strip, if needed, is an extra cost.

Pad Replacement Price Guide
Pull back existing carpet, remove existing pad, install new ½ " , 6lb. Rebond type pad, reinstall carpet using power stretcher backed by 2 year warranty
Minimum $ 175.00 , this will cover up to a 16' x 16' area.
If area is 10' x 10' or less, cost will be  $ 125.00.
All debris left with  homeowner, we do not haul away.

Carpet Repair Price Guide
All estimates by phone, only.  Exact price given over the telephone. Occasionally per THE FLOORMENDERS  discretion,  job will require an on site estimate with no obligation to the customer.  This is to minimize trip charges and extra visits to jobsite requiring extra charges.
Minimum charge of $89.95 covers most small repairs, others require additional cost.
